  • 1.  Management Platform Not Collecting Inventory

    My new installation of SMP will not collect inventory. I get this error:

    Description: Item = Collect Full Inventory (225067fa-37b3-4b3a-af01-a9c37bb553d6) : has ambigous/duplicate arg 'ItemGuid' in both the url and the corresponding args hashtable
     
    I'm not sure how to understand this error to allow software inventory to be gathered.

    Iko, Do you have a url alternative configuration on your server? You can create a task to push the inventory agent, only to test the comunication. Custodio

    Can you please tell me your NS server and SQL servers are located on same server.
