Management Platform SP4 goes awol

I've installed CMS SP2 and along with it, Management Platform SP4.  Sometime in the last few days, SP4 has gone missing.  When I open up SIM, I show Symantec Management Platform SP2 HF1.  Where did SP4 go?  I think it's still installed since I still have the Silverlight web page when I go to First Time Setup.  If I check Install New Products or View and Install Updates, it's not listed there.  I did a repair on both CMS SP2 and SMP but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Tim

Can you post a screenshot?

If you have SP4 installed, it won't show under New Products or Updates (since this only shows what is available that you haven't installed).

If CMS SP2 is functioning, then I doubt you have any issue, since it requires SP4 to run. Do you see any errors in the Altiris log on the Notification Server?

I've attached a screen shot.

I've attached a screen shot.  In our lab, we have the same setup, but our lab NS shows SP4 installed.  I think you're right that it's installed, it's just not showing.

I'm not real good at the log server yet and ours always has a ton of errors and warnings.  Mostly with the AeXSvc.

Ahh I see. Yeah, from that screen

it should show that SP4 is installed. Well, keep an eye on it, and let us know if you are having any issues. If you have questions about the logs, feel free to post them here (I would scrub the server name out of them first, for security reasons).
