management server configuration wizard

Has anyone know where to find the management server configuration wizard in windows server 2012?
I will use a remote SQL database because the server is using embedded database.

This tutorial is okay with me but my real problem is SEPM is installed already.
Now, if I check the all apps, all I can see is the symantec manager console, symantec web access and the symantec help.
I can't see the start>all programs>Symantec Endpoint Manger>Symantec Endpoint Protection tools

I have no IDEA till now windows 2012 but you can find management server configuration wizard in below location.
Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\sca.bat
You can run sca.bat file for run management server configuration wizard.

You will need to manualy execute the batch script sca.bat - as the windows menu is no longer there in windows 2012 - the management wizard is only available through direkt script execution. You can there create a shortcut for it for yourself.
I hv windows server 2003 and other 15 domain windows xp pc need to install antivirus,
With one serial key for all and must update via (Lan)server.
Domain pc not having internet.
Any body pls suggest me witch verson is sutable for my orgnation.
