  • 1.  management server is not yet ready

    manager version is 11.0.63

    clients are not updating the to the latest version

    so tried export the package

    kept getting the same message

    any suggestions?

    waited for more than a week

    but no avail

    tried all possible steps except uninstall and reinstall

    i don't think, i have to do this?

    can you post the scm-server-0.log after you try to export the package?

    Click Start,

    All programs,

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager,

    Management server configuration wizard.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

    Restart the services of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager  and the Symantec Embedded Database

    from services.msc

    Re-logon to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and try deploying..
