Dear,
We have recently noticed, our protection manager not getting the live update as a result clients are not updated.
What we do as a remedy to download updates manually.
We try to uninstall the live update and repair the manager itself - but still no luck,
There is a weired
date showing in the
protection manager - server- local site as follows
September 9, 2010 3:45:31 PM GST: LiveUpdate succeeded. [Site: Site idcsymsrvr2] [Server: idcsymsrvr2]

I think this could be the main reason why is not getting updating - how solve this - pls help
