  • 1.  Managing DMZ server from Replication pair

    We have a replication pair for SEPM 12.2 and we have recently moved one of the servers into the DMZ to manage servers in the DMZ only. I have the relevant ports open and can access the management consoile fine from both management servers.

    Is there a way to tell the DMZ servers to pick their updates from the management server in the DMZ or does it not matter?

    If you update your management server list for the server you want clients to grab from and apply it the group the clients are in, this should work.

    I have created a new server management list but when I go to assign the new list to the dmz OU the option is greyed out, any ideas? i'm applying the settings from the actual server in the DMZ.

    Thanks Brian,

    Found out why I was unable to update the group - the inherit policies button was ticked, now working.
