Managing local users

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi there,

I'm creating on each encrypted laptop a local user with the pgpwde command line, with the purpose to be able to access the laptop in case the authorized Domain user is not available without the need to use the WDRT or the Disk Administrator password which we keep in a safe.

Is it possible to see and manage that user and assign him to a Policy on the Encryption Manager Server (PGP Universal Server)?

Thank you in advance

Regards

Roberto

Hi Roberto,

I am afraid local WDE passphrase users added do SED can't be mnaged from the SEMS.Only authorized SSO users will be visible and managable.
