Manual archive from Outlook doesn't work ?

When I select few large emails (10 MB+) in my outlook and move it into Vault using the EV plugins 9.0.4 on my Outlook 2007 SP3,

For example I go to TOOLS, Enterprise Vault, and click ‘store in vault’ for this email, I can see it has the clock and box icon, then after 2 minutes it goes back to normal and didn’t move into the fault ?

Any idea of how this could happens ?

Is it just for large emails? I hope EV is not running in Backup mode.

Have you got a client trace with maximum logging enabled?

Are your partitions open? Is perhaps the setting "Maximum Message Size to Archive in MB" changed from the default of 250MB to something small? Is perhaps a quota set on the archive size?

You can (as Rob stated) create a client logging tracefile, which should show what is going on. If you want to show us the file, please ATTACH it, do not paste it.
