   I am following the directions in the help file, but when I submit the job it fails with access denied to remote agent.  I have tried to change the logon account with no success.  Please help e-mail server is down!

When you connect to the Exchange server, are you connecting as an ID that has at least Local Admin on that box?

I was trying to use the

I was trying to use the administrator account.  I went ahead and jpined the computer to the domain (even though it said not to) and have moved forward.  I got C: and system state restored.  After the reboot the computer account for the domain is screwed up.  I am still having trouble restoring.
