Manual SEP Client Install from Export to Altiris

I exported the setup files from SEPM to my Altiris server (\\SERVERNAME\NSCap\Bin\Win32\X86\ConnectSEP) and that distribution mechanism's been working fine in my tests.  Is there a way for me to use these same files from my Altiris server to manually install SEP on machines that don't have the Altiris Agent?  Thanks!

I had the impression install.js was required for a manual install which, in turn, pointed to the exported setup.exe although this may not necessarily be the case.  So should I be able to run setup.exe to manually do a fresh SEP install or upgrade an existing SAVCE client to SEP?  If this is the case, why is the Altiris command-line "cscript.exe install.js"?  It must serve some purpose or else Altiris would've just stuck "setup.exe" in the command-line.

install.js does some competitive removal first, the installs SEP, then installs the Altiris connector on the client.  If you just want to install the SEP client, just run setup.exe
