    Hi there,

    one of our customers asked for a German translation of the advanced incident dialogue. I tried to do that with the Symantec Workflow Manager on the ServiceDesk Server. So first I copied the SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForm and worked on that. The first thing I noticed is, that there seems to be no way to find out how these workflows translate automatically via browser language. So if there is a manual, how-to or even a hint for that I would be grateful. Then I translated the entire form manually. This took me some time. Then I published the form with no errors. Problem is: I have to explain the translation process to one of our consultants so he can go to our customer and do it there again. So I tried to copy and publish the folder SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForm to another testing environment and publish it there, but unfortunately I’ve got some errors. Here’s a screenshot.

     

    I would be grateful for any idea.

    Does that another testing environment have ServiceDesk licensing working?
