This issue has been solved. See solution.

How do I remove this? We have been doing network subnet changes and by accident I had the wrong subnet  linked to a site. I just updated it but the package says it is Manually Assigned. How do I change this?

Where are you seeing this

Where are you seeing this message about it being manually assigned?  Is this under NS6 or 7?  If it is NS6, when you go to the Sites configuration on the Subnets tab (I think) there should be one of the icons for "Resynchronize" that will refresh it.

If you mean that the Package Server is manually assigned to a site, you should be able to click the Package Servers tab (errr...the last tab; I don't have my NS accessible ATM), edit the Package Server, and remove the site assignment (it is checked).

Thanks,
Kyle

Great, glad I could help.

Great, glad I could help.  Properly configuring your Sites configuration is really critical to getting the best performance out of your NS environment.
