Here is the log. THANK YOU for any assistance you can provide!
Is this for a managed or unmanaged client?
Do you have a proxy in place?

Unmanaged and no proxy.
Try running a repair on the client.

Hello,
As per the title of the Thread, "Manually Managed Endpoint Protection Not Updating", so I believe you are talking about the a Self managed Client, correct?
OR
You are talking about Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager not being Manually updated?
Could you help us by describing the issue in a detailed way...?
Are you updating the client manually via Intelligent updater OR via .jdb file??
I would suggest you to work on these Troubleshooting Articles:
Symantec Endpoint Protection: LiveUpdate Troubleshooting Flowchart

Hope that helps!!

Yes, a self managed client. SEP Client Unmanaged.
I click the "Fix" the issues button and it won't work. I try click the "Live Update" button on the console and it won't work either.
Rafeeg,
No executable found by that name on my computer.
Oops!! its changed now. can you try to run it manually it will be under
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SepLiveUpdate.exe.

Hello,
How about downloading the Intelligent updater for the SEP 12.1 clients??
The Intelligent Updater is an executable file that can be used to update virus definitions for the Symantec Endpoint Protection client. To update the definitions, run either the Daily Certified or Rapid Release Intelligent Updater on the local computer.
Intelligent updater could be downloaded from:
http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=savce
Check this Article:
How to update definitions for Symantec Endpoint Protection using the Intelligent Updater

Mithun,
That worked! Thank you and to everyone else!
Intelligent Updater will only update AV defs so just be aware of that. Unless of course AV was the only one that wouldn't update and the others are...

Endpoint SWAT
if its unmanaged the client should be getting the update from the LUA or Symantec LU.
Cheers!
