Many many error with symantec backup

Dear all !!!
I'm a new IT Staff, my company use Symantec Backup Exec 10d for Windows Servers with license but present too many error.

I'm tired !!! Please help me.

I post some error:
1) An error occurred while processing a B2D command.
 Changer: LockAndRefreshChangerConfig() Bad Signature or Version.  Error=-633257097

2) An error occurred while processing a B2D command.
 Changer: CreateChangerConfig() Unable to Create Changer.cfg (S:\VERITAS\B2D\Changer.cfg).  Error=80

3) An error occurred while processing a B2D command.

Two error repeat many time

Tha is, delete the .cfg files from the B2D folder.

Dear Backuup_Exec and everybody.
I'm try doing http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag... but not suceess .

I'm use Symantec Backup 10d for Windows Server and i dont find file B2Dtest.exe in C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT

and I disable Windows Delayed Write Failded:

 

 

But not sucess.

Please help me !!!

B2DTest.exe is located in the BE directory for only BE 2010 versions & above...in your case, would suggest to download the tool from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...

Present my schedule backup daily is working, i'm waiting to sunday and run again backup weekly schudule.

If have problem, i will post this topic.

A write failure is an indication that your disk is not o.k.  Check that your disk is functioning correctly and that there is nothing wrong with the connection from it to the server, e.g. cable is not plugged in correctly.

You should sun the B2DTest and report back with the result.

As you can see from the report, the B2Dtest failed, so either there is something wrong with your disk or it cannot be used to for B2D.
