    mapped drive on San only shows everything as  hiidden folders

     

    hi guys

     

    i am using SEP 12.14b on a windows 2012 server

    the server is update and scanning all servers and workstations

    only one problem is there is a san share on one of our servers that is used  as amapped drive on all users workstations.

    and the the folders are showing as hidden.

    the server virus def are up to date

    Have you tried scanning with the threat analysis scan in the symhelp tool?

    yes i have did the clean up but no luck.

    Did you submit suspect files to Symantec for analysis?
