Desktop Email Encryption

Can we have a master key to decrypt any encrypted email using PGP encryption for email. If yes i would like to know the steps for testing this. If no , can you point me to the article which details it.

You can configure a Additional Decryption key (ADK). Messages encrypted by a key with an ADK are encrypted to the public key of the recipient and to the ADK, which means the holder of the ADK can also decrypt the message.
