Master , media Restart

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We have NB Version :7.1.0,4 running on windows 2008 R2 as same in MAster and Media Servers.
With shared 12 drives.
What is the procedure of starting and stopping the services in Master and Media.

Stop Media server fisrt.. then Master server
and when starting.. start Master server first and then Media servers..
Always make sure no jobs are running first - cancel any that are and if appropriate suspend all SLPs
Next use bpdown (windows) or netbackup stop (unix) on the Media Servers first
Then use the same commands on the Master
At this point it is worth ckecking for any netbackup processes stil running (bpps or bpps -a) on all servers to make sure verything shut down correctly and that there are no orphaned processes.
Once all is clean then bpup /netbackup start the Master first, give it a minute and then do the same on the Media Servers
Give it all 10 minutes to settle down and reconnect before re-enableing / activating anything
