Deployment Solution

I am trying to standardise on Error codes and structure.

As such what i need to do is add a custom Error Code to every Job

However i dont want to go through all the Jobs manually adding the codes from Master Return Code list

Has anybody scripted this through SQL or is there a way in Altiris i can do this

All you typically need is 3010 for a reboot and maybe 1619 for a locked file. This list isn't usually more than five entries since the meaning of identical return codes are generally dissimilar. Are you saying your master list has numerous entries? You don't need to add entries to a job if a matching code exists in the Master list. Can you detail the process a little more or give an example of a code in your master list and how it relates to standardizing the job?
