Match Lists are not being used

We are using the Symantec Mail Security versio 5.0.6.368 and it appers that none ot the
Match lists are not being used including the sample ones ?
I must be missing a setting somewhere to enable them?
The Deploy changes says Successful ?

Match lists are nothing but a bunch of lists. After you make them, you must configure a content filter rule (or a virus scan) to actually use them.
