May we upgrade our current DLP version 11.6 directly to 12.5 {on the way to v14}?

  • 1.  May we upgrade our current DLP version 11.6 directly to 12.5 {on the way to v14}?

    Our ultimate goal is to get from 11.6 to version 14.  On the way to v14, may we upgrade our current DLP version 11.6 directly to version 12.5?  If we could bypass upgrading to v12.0 first that would save much time.

    Doesn't look like it's an option for you. From page 11 in the 12.5 Upgrade Guide:

     

    All Symantec Data Loss Prevention upgrades must be performed incrementally from one major release to the next. From Symantec Data Loss Prevention version 11.x you can upgrade to version 12.0, then to version 12.5.
