Our local time is GMT + 8. We installed SEP on some clients, and received client change notification.

    My question is

    1. What is the "Time" in Client Change report ? Is it time of SEP new installation and connect to SEPM for the first time ?

    2. In SEPM, click Monitor, export the Computer status log. We can see there is Insert Time, Time Stamp and Creation Time.

    1)What's the difference.

2)Why all of these time value are different with "Time" value in Client Change email notification ?

    Hello,

What version of SEPM are you running?

There was a Fix in SEP 12.1 RU3.

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Reports appear in GMT when system time zone is set to one of the southern hemisphere daylight saving time zones.
