Media Eject Issues

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi Everyone,
We have recently got a new EML 103e tape library and I have set it all up and got it working ok apart from ejecting tapes from the library.
When I select the media to eject (doesn't matter how may tapes I chose) and click Eject Volume from Robot that part is ok. Then I click eject and see the tapes moving to the MAP on the library. then it asks me to remove the media so I do that and click yes to the message and then it fails the eject process.
Has anyone else had these issues? I have check the library is in the compatibility list and it is supported.
Thanks in advance!
P.S the is a Windows media server running 64x with netbackup version 6.5.4

Ah is this the misleading
Ah is this the misleading dialog box

You select YES and it says The eject operation has completed with errors? and the Eject of the media says its aborted?
Then the tapes get returned back to their source slot within the library.
When in actual fact you should choose NO to end the eject sequence.
The tapes will remain in the MAP awaiting your removal.
Which is still needed to be carried out within 30 minutes I think otherwise they will be returned to their original slot in the library
Tip: Get overview/document your NBU environment. Run 'nbsu' and review the output.

you appear to be doing it correctly

From what you said it looks correct.
you say eject
it says ok remove media from map
you take the media out of the map
then you say yes to continue
it should at that point say it is ok and update the database.
the only thing I can think of is do you close the map and wait for the robot to scan the ports BEFORE you say yes.
However very few people do it this way anymore ( I use to but don't any more)
most people now do it they way Stuart says
you say eject
it says ok remove media from map
you say no on the continue
it leaves the tapes in the map
you go and remove them ( this method does not work if you have more tapes then you have map's)
I don't have to know how to spell....I work on Unix.
NetBackup 7.0.1 - AIX & Windows
I have managed to work this
I have managed to work this out!
It seems that I am a little to fast in clicking yes to continue. once i get the above screen i remove the media and then click yes but if i remove the media wait 30 seconds and then click yes the media removal is sucessful. It seems that the library has a short delay in letting netbackup know that the media has been removed which is causing the failure.
