Merge of account for partner net and symaccount

Need some help, sent couple of mails to Eileen and Leslie and not sure whom to reach as it seems they are not around. I have to change my email ID with my recent org and need to change my connect, partnernet to reflect that email. Unfortunately they have created a new account with my current company and it seems those needs to be merged now.Please help!
