When I use Message Audit Logs to search for messages there is some missleading message counter.

All hits that the mailaddress I search for exists in, like in the Intended Recipients field is counted.

I did a search and got a 157 messages, but when I looked at the result, there was only about 20 that was actually sent to the address I searched for.
The rest was mail to other recipients but where my address was in the Intended Recipients field.

Are you saying that the list displayed in the GUI shows157 rows, but when you export this to excel, there are only 20 addressed to you?

If so, this was true in SBG 8.x as well.  the GUI shows each recipient of the e-mail seperately.  I think this is because each recipient could have different outcome.  At our site, certain groups are not subject to same filtering (say Bob@domain.com).  If a spam was sent to phhowe17 and Bob, bob would get it and I wouldn't.  So the GUI needs to show these two outcomes seperately.

hmm yes, GUI shows 157 rows and when I sort all rows (in GUI) on the TO-field only 20 messages is actually delivered to the address I searched for.

The "Recipient" Mandatory filter search actually the "Original Recipients" field.

I think that should be changed in Mandatory filter, current "Recipient" should be "Original Recipients" and add a new "Recipient" entry.
Or add a new To-field to the Optional filter.
