Message Class for indavidual user in EV9

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Does anyone know if I can setup message classes for an individual user in Enterprise Vault in the user.ini file? I do not want to enable certian classes for everyone under the policy. I guess I could create a new policy and just add that one user to it- would that be the correct way?

Yep, you would want to create a policy and apply via provisioning for that user.
