message icon keeps displaying pending icon

one user do archive message by outlook add-in putton.the message icon  keeps displaying pending icon.it's just happen in one user's outlook.another's is ok.
 
i do restore it's tell me the message has not been archived.

I would cancel operation on the pending items. From Outlook click Tools>Enterprise Vault>Cancel Operations/\.
 
After that try archiving an item again.

i try cancle the archive operation,and do archive again.it's not work

so you cancelled the operation and the icon changed and now it is back to pending after the archive run?
 
Had the VS partition been backed up?

yes,the vs patition had been backed up
 
this issue just happened one user's outlook.
 
i 'd reinstalled evclient,and cancled the operation,then do archiving again,the icon still display as pending.
 
there is something i forgot that user store the message in local,is it the cause of problem?

Does that client have write permissions to the archive?
