message icon keeps displaying pending icon

one user do archive message by outlook add-in putton.the message icon  keeps displaying pending icon.it's just happen in one user's outlook.another's is ok.
 
i do restore it's tell me the message has not been archived.

Have you run a backup or otherwise flipped the archive bit on your Vault Store? Items stay in pending mode until the Vault Store partition has been backed-up.

i haven't backup Vault Store partition.the enviroment is EV 7.5 for exchange Mailbox and Journaling
 
but another user's outlook can show archived icon in short time when the message has been archived
 
i make mailbox  archive task use the same Vault Store with juornaling archive task.
