Message in the servers

Hi everyone,

I have an problem in the servers, I show a window(I attached the screen show), I tried search the message in the knowledgebase but I don't found nothing,

Have you upgraded to the

Have you upgraded to the latest version of Inventory Solution? The latest is 6.2 SP3. There is a KB article detailing some errors with the custom inventory executable and Windows 2003.

Windows 2003 Servers?

Are these windows 2003 servers?

Have you looked at this KB article:
https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=36631&p=1

If you are logged into the server with the same credentials that are running the inventory, you would get this popup and since VS2005 is installed, you get prompted to debug.  However, a different user would get the normal AexCustInv has encountered a problem and needed to close" dialog.
