    Hi,

    I want to know how I resolve this:

    Event type: System message from LiveUpdate
    Event description: The latest Centralized Reputation Settings update failed to load. The component has no valid content and will not function correctly until it is updated.
    Event Source: LiveUpdate Manager
    Event Severity: Error

    I have a lot of messages with this error and I don't know how I resolve this problem.

    Run the symdiag tool on an affected client to see what it shows:

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    Have you tried a repair of the client?

    Yes, but how I resolve this? I have a lot messages, examples:

    I have this other message:

    Cannot assign a client authentication token. There was a general communication failure.

    some 3 years ago when I was in symantec, we had a known issue with the rovocation data. I would suggest you to open a support case to check if its a known issue or how to fix it.

    We don't have liveupdate installed, only SEP

    not the liveupdate administrator but the liveupdate component which gets installed along with SEP
