Messaging Gateway 8340: Protecting reputation
Our foundation has been having trouble staying off blacklists recently because our marketing department refuses to clean up their distribution list and unsubscribers. I was hoping the the 8340 would give us some answers as to who on our network is responsible for sending mesages reported as spam by recipients. The report top senders of outbound spam does not provide much information (top sender has 3 suspicious spam in past month). Is there any way to get a better report on whos messages are being marked as spam?
