Messaging Gateway 9.5

We are getting this error on Messaging Gateway 9.5 just today.
bmserver crashed on signal 11 on mx.domain.com.ar exit code: 0x008B (domain it’s our domain).
Anybody know about this error?

What's the frequency?
Are you seeing this error repeatedly on your SMG appliance? How frequently?
This error indicates that for some reason, the process called "bmserver" crashed and generated a core file.
I suggest contacting support with a diagnostics to determine the cause of the crash.
