We have it set up within our messaging gateway to alert certain users when they have quarantined emails. They get an email from the gateway and it provides a link for them to click and it brings up the messaging gateway user log in for them to release there own quarantined emails. One user is having issues doing this recently. They click the link and it comes up saying "Cant display Page". The users still have xp for now and using IE8. Only this one user so far is having the issue. Has anyone else seen this? We are on version 10.0.3
Nevermind! I was able to fix this by going into tools, internet options, and in the advanced tab i have to enable TLS 1.0
