    I have two issues with logging on my Messaging Gateway (10.5.3-4), under Administration > Settings > Logs I have the following set:

    Max log size 1600MB

    Days to store before deleting 30

    Expunger runs daily

    Message audit logs days before deleting 45

    Max logs to be retrieved 1000

    Q1: When I view the dashboard - Status > System > Dashboard and check the summary set to past 30 days, it only returns the last 8 (including today).  Why is this?

     

    Q2: Under reports, i'm trying to run an IP Connections > Top Rejected Connections report, but no matter time period I run it for, it returns no data.  I know i've had rejected connections, and I get the same issue for Top Accepted Connections, and i know i've definitely had some of those!

    The reports feature does not pull data from logs, it pulls from the report data. This is under Administration -> Reports. That data is configured to be expunged every 7 days as you are seeing. We also do not have the option to maintain statistics on by default. You would want to enable all of the Sender option to get a report for the items you listed above.
