  • 1.  Messaging Gateway update to 9.5.4-4 greyed

    Hi all,

    recently Messaging Gatesway 9.5.3-3 detected an update is available: 9.5.4-4 (and send warning email) but in the console, tsis update is greyed. Cannont download or install. How to fix this?

    We are using virtual edition on Vmware ESXi 5.0

    You may still be able to run the update on the console manuallt using update install

    If that does not work you will need to call in and open a case so we can gather diagnostics.

    Just letting you know I have the same issue on all servers.

    Does anyone know how to resolve (without calling support?)?

    I ran update using console command line. It's OK.
