    Hi all,

I've an infrastructure on 10.0.2 version composed by:

     - 1 control center

     - 2 scanner

I've to upgrade it at 10.5 version (with the intermediate upgrade to 10.0.3).

    I think I've to perform 3 steps:

     1) upgrade of the control center

     2) upgrade of one scanner

     3) upgrade of the other scanner

Will I lose service continuity during the process? I think I will not because in phase 1 the mail flow should be normally processed and in phase 2 and 3 the message queues will be managed by the other scanners (I will stop the queues on the scanner before the upgrade).

    Am I right?

    Thanks!

Yes, staggering the upgrade will allow one scanner to continue acceping mail while the other is down.

And the upgrade of the control center has not impact on production, correct?
