    Hello,

     

    Someone has a list with the DLP metadata detection limitations for MS Office and PDF extraction (besides the known limitation of XMP)?

     

    I did some quick tests using metadata in PDF (14.0v) and in some files the metadata was detected and in others not.

     

    Correct if I am wrong, using a Endpoint Prevent license there is not need to activate the metadata in the Endpoint Server, being enough the Agent Config setting, is this right? Or for instance two-tier policies can require help from endpoint server to detect the metadata?

     

    I am trying to gather the pros and cons regarding the usability and performance impacts of using Metadata extraction in order to support it’s implementation.
