  • 1.  Microsoft Active Directory Import - Role and Account Issues

    Hello,

    I had an issue importing Roles and Accounts from AD for SMP security. I installed Roll-up 3.

     

    So now I'm at 7.1 SP2 R3 and there is a user in my AD group that I want to import that makes the process to crash.

     

    I get following errors:

     

    ****

    System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException caught in GetDirectoryDataFromGroups. Reason: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

    Parameter name: index

    ****

    I cannot make the AD Import to work for Roles and Accounts.

    I cannot see what is different with that user and the 60 others in the group.

    Can anyone help me please?

    There's a KNOWN ISSUE:

    AD Import no longer imports users into roles when OU contains '/' character
