This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello, I was wondering if the

Microsoft Exchange PST Migrator

is included with a normal EV version 10.x license. Thanks!

What did you purchase?  If you have Storage Management for Microsoft Exchange you should be good to go.

I have a: Symantec Enterprise Vault 10.0 Storage Managment Edition for Microsoft Exchange License

Sounds like it do!

In that case you have Mailbox archiving, Vault Cache\Virtual Vault, PST Migrator, and PF archiving.  So you are all set.

Tony

i'm guessing here but just in case you recently upgraded from a very old version (say 2007) of EV, you might have a problem with all the features not being in your v10 license. the licensing model has changed since back then and you might need to get in touch with symantec to address this.

Andrew does bring up a good point, licensing has changed over the years.  I was assuming you had recently purchased EV.

Yes, this is a brand new install and the full licenses (not upgrades) were just purchased this month. So it is good!
