You don't need to take any action.  These are "minor" revisions to the Technet Security Bulletin website - mostly just informational changes.  When a security bulletin undergoes a "major" revision, there is typically a new binary (patch) released and Symantec must release a new PMImport.cab file to accommodate it.

Right now we have a user who is trying to connect to a trusted network that requires users to have the most up to date patch signatures.  The way that this trusted network makes sure outside machines have up to date patches is via the Cisco Clean Access tool.  Our machine cannot connect to their network because their Clean Access tool is reporting that the machine is not up to date with patches.  This was the day after is what announced that Microsoft had revised their patches with minor revisions.  Can we expect any sort of change to the patches that may update the patches signatures with new revised numbers, ect. that could help us to get back on this trusted network?  With minor revisions, do we receive any sort of revision to our patches in Altiris?
