Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error on 10.x clients

Hi all,
I have a number of clients running SAVCE v.10.x in their environments and they have been seeing a few runtime errors on their workstations resulting in the client being stopped/disabled.
A message box pops up when logging into windows saying,
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime LibraryRuntime Error
Program (SAVCE install location)\rtvscan.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please curse a few times, pull your hair out and pray to God that your system does not come under attack while it's disabled.
The client is dead but showing in the taskbar.
Event error code 7031 and 7034 are logged as the event codes.
Any thoughts on this and what is causing it?
