Migrate RS Clients to a brand new server (without reinstall/reboot?)

One of our regional NS/RS Servers is getting replaced with a new server.

We're comfortable with the KB articles for moving the database and BLOBs.

What is the easiest way to point the RS Clients to the new RS Server?

We know that we can do a mass push of the client from the new RS Server but this will require a reboot (this is a big issue).

Is there a way (script, registry change) to point the clients to point to the new server?
