Migrate to Symantec endpoint protection manager 11.x and use "Symantec endpoint protection manager 11.x" to manager client PCs which installed "Symantec antivirus 10.x"?

    Hi All,

    Now, we use "Symantec Antivirus 10.x" for Server and client PCs.
    We migrated from "Symantec Antivirus 10.x" to "Symantec endpoint protection manager 11.x".
    But "Symantec endpoint protection manager" doesn't manage client PCs which installed "Symantec Antivirus 10.x".

    So, Could you tell us how "Symantec endpoint protection manager"  manage client PCs which installed "Symantec Antivirus 10.x"?

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x cannot manage Clients running Symantec Antivirus Version 10.x.

    You should keep Symantec System Center Console installed till the time you upgrade all your clients from version 10.x to 11.x.

    Both Console can be installed on the same machine and run perfectly fine.
