I'm about ready to do a migration with a old server 2003 to new server 2012 which means I also need to migration SEPM 12.1 over also.  Well I have not done this before and I'm not sure what I'm doing either.  So, I need guidance or HELP!!!

Thank you!!

Take into consideration on the Server 2012  you will need specifically the SEP 12.1 RU2 as only this version supports windows server 2012:

Thank you, for responding so fast.  I'm starting the migrating the two the server tomorrow.  As for the SEP should I upgrade on the older server or do I reinstall and then upgrade on the new server? Thank you

Upgrade first then move it to another Server - as you are apparently not running 12.1 ru2 on the older server yet - moving it first won't work as the version supported on 2012 is only the RU2.
