    Hi Guys, I'm currently testing and documenting the process of moving our Altiris SQL data from the NS server running SQL Server 2000 to our SQL 2005 cluster. Does anyone have any pointers or things I should note about this process? Also our DBA has an issue with the account used having db_owner access. Will Altiris operate correctly with lower permissions to the data? Thanks for any information you can provide. Rian

    The application identity account must have data_reader access to the altiris databse and incident database (if you have the helpdesk solution)
