Missing the database tab after upgrade

One of my colleagues upgraded IM Manager to 8.4 earlier this year. After the upgrade, the database tab is missing on the relay server. The only way to verify the database setting is by the registry. I once spoke with a Symantec support engineer, and this is caused by the upgrade. I didn't ask him how to fix the tab because I was working on another issue with him. Does anyone know how to fix it?

This KB might apply if the registry key information fits you.
However, this can happen occasionally to IM Manager server during upgrades. So far we have only see this instance. Customers usually don't worry too much about this as the database setting rarely ever need to be changed.
If you need to fix it give the KB a try if that doesn't work you could try re-installing the IM Manager bits on the server or open a support case to get support to help you sort it our.
