Missing Dialog Workflow Component

I am unable to find the Dialog Workflow Component in my recent install of Symantec Workflow version 7.1.1500.2051 which I believe is SP2. It is my understanding that this component resides in the the LogicBase.Components.Default.dll. I have tried to re-import it, however, it is not added after reloading my project. The only component category listed under Workflow Components is Messaging and Send Complete Workflow Mesaage is in that category.
Is there a new component that replaces the functinoality of the Dialog Workflow Component? If not, how can I import it into my project?

Are you sure that you are in a Workflow type project? Just to double check, create a new project of type Workflow.
That was exactly my problem. I had created a web form project.
