Endpoint Protection

Hello,

I use Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1.671.4971.

I want to check if there are unmanaged computers on a network range. Normally I can use the task 'Find Unmanaged Computers' on the Client tab. I don't have that option available. It's just not there! Another person installed the whole environment, he is not working here anymore.

Please help me out. Need it urgently.

The Find unmanaged computers tool has been combined with the deployment wizard tool in 12.1. If you would like to request a change to have the tool seperate within the interface that would be a enhancement request. Below is a link on how to make this request.

With SEP12.1, we decided to merge the old client remote tool and Find Unmanaged Computers into one.  The new version is called the Client Deployment Wizard.

You can find it in two places - first from the Home screen, choose "Install Protection Client to Computers" from the "Common Tasks" drop down at the top right, or alternatively, from the Clients tab, when you are in the client list, click "Add a Client" on the left hand side, just above "Add computer account"

Both will launch the CDW and allow you to search your network, find all your PC's and helps you deploy the right client to each one.
