Still not fixed, but I have not really tried. I think it is probably a re-install, but I haven't had time.

You cannot use the RBL feature for Exchange 2007 (it won't even show up).  This threw me for a loop too and I couldn't find any documentation on it.  I ended up calling tech support and that let me know.  I wish they'd drop it in a help file.  It would have saved us all some time.
