I want to do a full backup into a media set and the diferentials backups (refered to that full backup) into another media set. Is posible to do it?
Before to try it I want to know if anyone have done it and if have hadn't problem when recover a file or folder from that "mixed media set".

It won't be a problem. Most of the people would be designing & configuring their backups in the same way as Differentials/Incrementals need to be retained for a lesser amount of time compared to Full backups.
