I created a new filter of Macs with Entourage 12.2.3 installed. Within this filter I'm seeing Windows PCs. What is going on?
I am feeling very frustrated and hostile towards NS7 right now.

Why don't you try posting your SQL here?

Perhaps there is an issue with your code.

Not my code. I just did a right click in installed software and selected "create installed software filter", so this is a problem in the installed software report

More details

When I go to my Installed Software Report (right click on the Mac->Actions), I don't have a right click option to "create installed software filter."  Am I missing something?  I'd like to find out what you're experiencing...

So far...

The filter I create only contains Macs like expected.  The difference in my process is that I don't have an Entourage x.x.x universal to "add".  I have the i386 software component, just not the universal one.

The investigation continues...

I guess the best reply I can

I guess the best reply I can muster at this point is to have you contact Technical Support so that they can investigate your db, if you wish.
